How to make a claim?
Send an email to pricematch@smartrecycle.co.uk within 24 hours of your purchase, with the following:
The Order Number
You'll find this in the confirmation email we sent you. Take a note and send within the Subject area of email
eg. Subject : PRICE MATCH - Order number xxxx
The Website Name
Where you saw the best price offer, together with a screenshot of the offer and details of full price, your full name and a contact telephone number in case we need to reach you.
We’ll Send You Confirmation
ou'll receive an automated acknowledgment of your request; we'll review the details and get back to you with an answer, via email, within three working days.
Once we've processed your claim, please allow 14 days for the payment to be credited to the your Bank/Paypal account chosen by you at order processing.
